Summer Reading Program Details
Reading Logs:
Put one sticker on your log for each day that you read! Whenever a sticker lands on a prize space, you may come to the library and claim the prize right away. When you finish your reading log you will get a free book, a token for a little guy creemee from Bean’s Creemees, and a special prize choice from our Suitcase of Fun. Each child will complete just one reading log.
Weekly Challenges:
Each week we will have a new weekly challenge to complete located in a folder on our new books shelf. Receive a tattoo and add an extra sticker to your reading log for each challenge you complete.
Weekly Crafts:
Stop by the library each week to complete a different craft activity!
Weekly Book Ratings:
Check out our book of the week located above the new books in the youth services section. Give this book a rating from 1-10 to help us decide our favorite book of the summer!
Important Summer Reading Program Dates:
Saturday, June 15th: First day to sticker Reading Log
Thursday, August 22nd: Last day to submit Reading Log
Saturday, Augst 24th: Summer Reading Celebration & Grand Prize Drawing
