Summer Reading Program Kick Off Party Saturday June 22nd 10:30 am – noon
Join the Brown Public Library as we kick off our annual Summer Reading Program with ice cream, crafts, and other fun on Saturday, June 22nd from 10:30 am – noon in the Community Room. This year our Summer Reading Program will include weekly crafts at the library available throughout our open hours, special programs including a wildlife visit and a clown performance, and field trips to the Roxbury Fish Culture Station and the Northfield Fire Station. All of these programs will be open to kids of all ages. Children ages 4 and up are also eligible to register for our Summer Reading Program and log their reading in order to earn small prizes and raffle tickets for larger prizes such as gift certificates and even tickets to the Pump House at Jay Peak. Beginning on June 15th you will be able to register your child here or by visiting the library. All are welcome at the ice cream party! Check out our calendar for all of the awesome programming happening this summer at the Brown Public Library. Visit the main page for Summer Reading here.
